We also offer Blue Packaging for quick identification and customer-specific storage system labelling with barcodes. This shortens replenishment times and safeguards your supply.
Do you manufacture in-house or through partners?
We orchestrate a network of carefully selected, highly specialized manufacturing partners in Germany and internationally. As your central procurement partner, our role spans the entire process: from manufacturing-oriented consulting through to the on-time delivery of high-quality engineered parts. Both we and all our manufacturing partners are certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015; a two-stage quality control process ensures compliance with standards.
What quantities do you manufacture?
Single parts, small batches, and series production — our focus is on complex engineered parts at small to medium quantities, where flexibility and consulting make the difference. Prototypes are a key part of our business. Starting from quantity 1.
What CNC technologies and materials do you offer?
Machining (CNC turning, CNC milling, EDM, grinding), master forming, joining, additive manufacturing (3D printing), heat treatment, forming, and surface treatment. Materials: aluminium, steel, stainless steel and titanium alloys, non-ferrous metals, technical plastics (PEEK, POM, PA, PC), and special materials like ceramics, tungsten carbide, and magnesium.
