Our Success Story

What began in a garage quickly turned into a success story: Before founding the company, the two managing directors, Sascha John and Jens Korndörfer, worked together at a contract manufacturing firm—Mr. John headed up purchasing, while Mr. Korndörfer developed the quality management system. When the company was sold, it was clear to both of them: Now was the right time to take the next step. With their many years of experience, industry knowledge, and a strong network, they founded J&K CNC Technik GmbH in October 2018.

Today, we are a sought-after trading partner for CNC-machined custom parts and have grown into an established, family-run company. Centrally located in Europe, we currently employ 18 people at our Bingen site in the Rhine-Main region.

Sascha John

Managing Director

With over 25 years of experience in high-end CNC machining, Sascha John has firsthand knowledge of the demands for precision, speed, and efficiency. Whether in purchasing, sales, or logistics—he always thinks one step ahead throughout the entire supply chain. His strengths lie in challenging projects such as market entries, prototypes, custom components, material development, and international supply chains.

Jens Korndörfer

Managing Director

Establishing structures, ensuring quality, maintaining an overview
With 9 years of experience in high-end CNC machining and over 10 years in quality management, Jens Korndörfer knows where structures need to be in place—and how to implement them in a practical way. Whether it’s process optimization, supplier qualification, or quality management: He thinks in terms of workflows, asks the right questions, and ensures that the company not only operates well but continues to improve.

Vanessa Korndörfer

Head of Operations and Accounting

With passion and organizational skill, Vanessa Korndörfer ensures that operational processes run smoothly—from preparing quotes and processing customer orders to handling logistics. She also serves as the go-to person for accounting matters and supports the team in their day-to-day operations.

Melanie John focuses primarily on strategic business development, marketing, communication, and customer satisfaction. She thinks ahead with a long-term vision for the company, always keeping the customer at the center of her efforts.
